Blue needs more contrast. Saturated blues eat contrast, it takes quite a bit to make a difference.
I'd scrap the text for right now, save it for when you're done.

I think this is the most I can do far as the contrast on the blue

That's better I guess. You're right though, that IS the best you're gonna get on the blue contrast.
