It is, I searched for it myself a while before Ton asked him and got the same results :p
The MPQ is a compressed format, like the zips. So after uncompressing, there are many formats like PCX (for big images) and the in-house formats ( CEL, CL2, GRP and DC6 for sprites, BLP for WCIII textures)

This game is composed of various Minigames. The best known of them is "Desert Bus" where you have to Drive a Bus from Arizona to Las Vegas on a straight Road through the Desert. For 8 Hours - in Realtime. There are no Words for this brilliant Concept. Check Youtube for some Examples of exciting Desert driving.
