Going along with the idea of Trophy Cards, maybe we could use this as the idea for the theme of the game.
(Let me know if there is a topic already like this somewhere)
In Super Smash Bros 64, the idea was that the players where dolls, (Excuse me, ACTION FIGURES, lol), that a kid was playing with.
I was thinking in this game, the idea could be that the entire game could be based on cards. In the intro, instead of the Master Hand pulling a doll out of the toybox, maybe he could lay a random character card on a playing mat similar to those in Yu-Gi-Oh!, next to another on his side of the mat, and then Crazy Hand lays one on his side of the mat, next to another of his, then all four players would pop out, and onto a random stage.
The character select will look like cards, that are flipped when selected, and the trophies look like trading cards, so i thought this would be a nice theme for the game.
Are there any other ways we could incorporate this into the game, besides the intro, and the name, "Super Smash Bros Shuffle"?
Also, is there anybody who disagrees with this?
