He came here to learn, so lets cut to the chase here!


Since I'm thinking your new to spriting, lets re-start from scratch. First thing to start with? Pac-Man.
Pac-man is 4/4 view, and the ghosts are either 3/4 or 2/4. So first start by making Pac-Man's Idle, and we'll help you from there.

I'm having trouble believing that you made all of this.

Pacman is in an entirely different style than the ghosts, and even then, the pink ghost's coloring is really off.

I think your main problem was that you didn't reshade.
Now, my advice would be this.
1:When he turns, make the shading go with him. The sun does not follow him when he turns.
2o the same for Ms. Pac Man.
3crap the ghosts, and do Baby PacMan.
