Super Kirby Air Ride (SMK)

Well, I'm back! I redid Sonic in Super Mario Kart style. I hope you like this one. I stayed true to the SMK colors (with the exception of Metal Sonic), Mario's color scheme to be exact.
I originally wanted to make him in the Blue Star from SSASR, but that car is roughly twice the size of a SMK kart.

Hey, let's not ruin Super Mario Kart now.
I didn't give him a throwing pose because there is none in Super Mario Kart. Either the kart poops or shoots the item, the player doesn't 'throw' it.

So far I'm happy to hear positive comments on this.

I think Pikachu needs some work. Pikachu's head is weird (especially the ears on rotation) and you should get rid of the tail (since Yoshi's tail wasn't shown in the original SMK Yoshi sprites). The body seems to be a bit too big/wide as well.

To put this another way, Pikachu looks more like a guy in a Pikachu suit than Pikachu himself. I would also mention Pikachu's colors might need adjusting, but it could just be the big/wide body making the colors look awkward.

What can be called the worst racing game copyrighted by Nintendo for the Gamecube is actually fairly enjoyable for as long as it lasts. City Trails is pretty much the replay value of Air Ride.
But what if Kirby was in Super Mario Kart? Would we enjoy racing as Kirby rather than beating the poop out of eachother for that one Hydra part?

Pretty cool. I think his flippers need a little work, but the rest is pretty nice.
