I colored it using the palette already given. There isnt any shading yet though. Im not too good, (i dont think), but ill take a crack at it later. Is this any good??

I know.. That was stated already, im not going to fix the sprite any, just color it.

I think the guy who made it is still gonna fix it, but im not worried about it just yet, im working on shading him.

Nice, maybe the eyes should be a bit smaller, (skinnier).

Wow.
That's actually pretty decent. Just a few touch up's and Meta-Knight himself will be good.
Now we just need to figure out what's going on with that sword.

Thanks! I suck at actually spriting, but im better at shading and such.

Im not sure how in-style it is with the rest, but i used the pallet for the most part, and i used Kirby as a reference on how they shaded him.

Id like to see how this turns out, but i think im done with him myself.

At least you can contribute, and that's what matters. And by the way, you don't have to stick to the palette, it's just for people who, and I quote, 'can't get good colors themselves'.
But it worked out for Meta here, right?
Com to think of it, on the last page there is a special effects topic. If you're good at shading and not spriting, how about you give that a go?
It'd be great for the engine.
