Ripping Questions
I open Tile Molester (It's the alt version), select open, and the .obj file doesn't show up when I select supported files only.

Click All Supported Files and change it to All Files.
Doofenshmirtz: This is a little bit awkward but have you seen my escape jet keys? (Perry nods) What, you have? Well that's great! So where are they? (Perry looks away) You won't tell me? Is this because you don't speak or are you just being a jerk?

Then try selecting the "All files" option instead.

Hello once again fellows. I need someone who knows hacking of sorts.
What I have here are the pbm and bmp files of Cave Story Wii, but they're all compressed in some obscure way. Here is a download to a zip file containing them. If someone could tell me how to extract these properly it would be most helpful.
Download Here

If it's so easy, then why hasn't someone ripped all of the sprites yet?! What is this program and where can I find it??

Because it still consumes a lot of time and most, if not all of the local rippers have jobs, careers and lives besides of their sprite ripping pastime.

Well, I'm right here, willing to do it. Can I get some help or not? Do you guys not want me to contribute to the site?

All what you need to know is written on this very same thread. You just need to start reading and that's all.

Or you could just tell me instead of making look through 31 pages. That would be much easier, you know. >_>

No, I just want answers. It's rare that I would join a forum just to ask questions like this, because most of the time I can easily find what I need to know by searching myself. But I've been searching for weeks now, and I still have no solution, so I'm turning to the best spriting community there is. But I can't even get people here to help me...

the reason you're having such a hard time finding help is because you skip over the help you're getting from what i've been reading

also you come off as an arrogant fuckwit who thinks he deserves to be helped just cause (heh)
and you keep trying to get the Most Specific AND Effortless Method To Rip Sprites Ever Forever
when there's some perfectly reasonable and widely used methods that have been thrown in your direction already

I'm not skipping over help, I'm not getting any at all! Yes, I've been told how to do it one way, but I can't rip what I need to rip using that method, so it's no help to me. I'm sorry if I'm coming off as arrogant, because I don't mean to be. I'm just frustrated because I've looked everywhere and can't find any answers. Then I came here, in hopes that it's a friendly, helpful community where someone would be nice enough to help be out, and in return you'll have my contributions for your site, but I can't even get that! I don't mean to be rude or demanding, I'm just trying to get something done. I've searched and searched myself, to no avail, so my only other option is to turn to people who already know how to do this stuff. You guys are my only hope. Can't I get some help?

I'm kinda confused now because
a method for windows was posted
and you posted somewhere(not finding exact post) in this thread that you were capable of running in windows
and you're still claiming no help was given

????

The method that was explained to me involved capturing screens from an emulator. That's not what I need. I need a direct rip. I don't just want a direct rip because it's more convenient, I need it. Not all sprites are able to be ripped from screenshots of emulation.
