Is it possible to save a GIF on pivot without it re-coloring?

i tried to add a wee bit of life into his A,A,A, and it wont stop recoloring. Can someone help me?

for the side B, i think it should be a bit tighter and closer towards his body, so when he hits he sorta shoots his limbs off and then they snap back into place, like those doors to texas bars (in the movies) that sway when theyre pushed open

i recon (even though it isnt true to the game) his machinegun punch shouldnt just flail about, it should look like it is going forward, even if it is slightly, and it shouldnt touche the ground (go lower than his feet), you shouldnt just use the same piece for the arms the whole time, it should change angoe or something. and the start kick, he should move his body forward and make it look more like a step

Meh, I guess. Although it will be a little harder to connect his attacks with his awkward idle position.

Still haven't found a way to do it correctly.

Oh yeah btw we should update the first post with the actions we're going to use so it makes it easier on what we have done and what we don't.
Also makes it more convenient to find animations to connect to other animations as well.

For example we got Sukapon's side B done, his Idle down.

Still debating on some move sets as well??
