Is ToP PSX Being Ripped?

Is Tales of Phantasia Remake on PSX being ripped?
The sprites are far superior to the sorta crappy GBA remake, and it'd be sweetness if the sprites could be ripped from it.

If any projects are going on, please notify me, because I've been waiting to get my hands on some of them sprites.

Oh yeah, please tell me if there are any PSX Sprite/Texture viewers or extractors. Thanks.
