Much as I like the design, I think you should add a body to your Yoshi, he's got legs, arms and a head but no real body. I also think that the intermediate shades looks awkward because of their desaturation which contrasts with the saturated rest. The lineart is too jagged and shading conveys volume poorly. I don't have time for an edit

"This is my best work so no meanie comments" Seriously? You can't command someone to not criticize your work. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. You need to be mature enough to take it.

Anyways, i guess you've got the principles down but, quite frankly, your Yoshi looks like a tadpole with feet. It looks like he barely has a neck and he has quite a few details missing. As Gorsal said, don't use pillow shading (adding darker pixels around the area outline) it just looks terrible. Also, remember to shade ALL of your frames. Finally, i think you should fix up the tongue. I mean you can tell it's a tongue but it looks more like an arrow.

Use a reference next time so you get a better result.
