I Recoloured and shaded Buzz Lightyear from GBC TS2 In SMB3 Style, btw i done small Buzz Lightyears For Small Mario.

Isn't just a recolour, When it has a little buzz of custom.

Except the small Buzz looks like somebody threw the real Buzz in a trash compactor and then glued on extra limbs, an extra rocket, an extra head with an extra space helmet afterwards.

You should go back to the drawing board and get help (in the form of advice) in Sprite Discussion by posting sprites there.
