Like what, sorry?
Anyway, I realised that its tail wasn't like a normal Rattata, so I fixed that. Plus, I tried to sort out the colours (again)

Thank you, that's much better than mine. The only thing I can see is the outline should (preferably) be black, and it's muzzle should be a bit lighter. I would edit it myself, but Im rushed this morning.

In fact, neither of those are good.
The outline should not be black, in fact, all of the colours are much better in the second one.
However, the line art is poor. There are a lot of straight lines, for example, in the ears, where curves should be used, and it looks nothing like Ratatta. Not even in the slightest. A rat's body does not have four hoof-like feet, and neither is it's head that shape.

Is the Newer one with the black outline better, or the purplish one?
Yutaka, I went by what you said, thinned out the legs, sorted line art etc.
Any better?

I never said the legs were too thick, I said they were fundamentally the wrong shape. You haven't fixed anything, if anything it looks even messier than it did before.

I worked on Rattata a little and used a few more colors
Also can i suggest we re amp Pikachu because compared to Rattata its really small
Edit:
The head really bugged me so i fixed it up a little.
What do you think?

An improvement, but still a long way to go. It now looks like he has a beard, pull the chin up slightly, shorten the eyes horizontally and make the curl on the tail larger.
Something is bugging me about the ears too, but I can't see what.

1.) I don't know what to do about the mouth
the only thing i could think of is smooth it out.
2.)Fixed the eye.
3.)Fixed the curl
Does it look any better?
But now its losing the Pokemon Rumble feel.

The tooth is too low. It needs to be nearer the front of the mouth, rather than half way back.
The ears aren't round enough either.

Better. Still not perfect, but I can't pinpoint exactly what's wrong.

I think I know whats wrong
His head was too big.
Plus I started on Caterpie.
Last i wanted to suggest the Pikachu reamp because no one responded.
C+C
Also Aurapigonstilts
I Think we should keep a chart so we can stay organized

I like the Caterpie so far. Perhaps some more obvious segmentation on the body?

These are starting to not look like they'd be in Pokemon Rumble.
