when the other posters have several bad posts (except the ones mentioned)

i'd think if you took the time to use a little more brainpower that you'd realize that if you had to quote a post from 5 months ago just to say that it was a bad post - pretty isolated case - that maybe that one bad post was purposely intentional?

at this point you might want to note that it is possible to have a poster who consistently makes bad posts and one who intentionally makes bad posts

but really this is a pretty dumb argument you're trying to bring up as bad posting and bad posters are generally left to user opinion. in the grand view we're all horrible posters - it's pretty much dependent on who you're talking to
you're going after a single user's opinion versus a hivemind ("vipershark is a bad poster let's ban him from spamhaul")
and remember, i'm not king here! when i say a poster is bad, it is not law!
they can very easily change this -but they are not being pressured to! and if they don't feel like it, they can always say "fuck you!" because - oh man! it's opinion!
