I'd enter, but I just tried, and fucking god damn its hard to draw with the pencil tool, do you guys use tablets for larger pixel art like this? just a question, as I'm finding it extremely tough.

personally, i use a tablet for the "big picture" and then on smaller parts use a mouse, as for me it is more accurate. (prolly cuz my tablet sucks, but w/e.)

i use pencil tool in mspaint, its only a lil over 100 pixels, so no need to use a tablet for that size.

also my wip so far:


first on left is most recent, 2nd is just for rat.

will give him some sick tattoos or something in the plain areas, will do something with the colors/shading too, not really sure where im going with it since i just randomly threw them in there, went in a completely different approach then i usually do.

if you're going to give up just cause someone has ~*~more skill~*~ than you, you're pretty much a terrible loser cry baby.

instead take jarjar's work, zoom it, analyze it, and try to learn from it as much as you can.
