As for the name, well that is the one that I found for the Angel Island Sub-Boss on a reliable site.

Awesome! Yeah, the names for the sub-bosses are never mentioned, I don't think, so we have to guess most of the time.

Try searching for a Sonic wiki... at least it gives you a better idea what everyone else calls it/them.

Okay, those palettes are definitely better. So now we have a striped Cobrat? Oh, and look! A little mousy for him to eat! You have just them in the wrong order.
And yes, Sonic Retro is a good, "official" site.
