obviously you don't want to make it as extreme as the photoshop filter there did, just enough to smooth out your lines a bit


also, this reminds me
someone should make a thread explaining all of the pixel art terms people get confused about, because the pixelation thread i link to from time to time has an annoying overtone of pretentiousness
