It was made in MSPaint with the Line tool. Took me about 20 minutes, but I think it's OK.

the curved line tool is pretty awesome, you should try using that too


you should also try using circles (in different colors so you can erase them later) to help you draw bases for stuff

I used to be pro at drawing in MSPaint, then I lazed out B(

you gotta clean up the white artifacts. Dab them out with the pencil tool at the smallest size.

Also basically what everyone else said. I would say you need to make the lines more curved (don't overdo things) just to give it better shape. His hair is also kinda wacky. . .
