Well that's a start
But.. It looks kinda dull now. I think the detail adds to the overall quality.(Which, even if you kept it that way, would still be utterly Godly)
I mean, look at Brawl. They put heaps of little things in there for the heck of it
For a spriter, Iceman's design is better, because it's easier to make stuff from, simpler.
But, IMO from a gamer's point of view, the detailed one would look better.
I can see how Iceman's could be better as well, but personally I like Alpha's better.
But that's just me. Either way, keep that model. The other one looks too... un-Ganondorfish.

in brawl they're working in 3d and have a much higher resolution to deal with, if a sprite is too detailed it gets cluttered and messy.

As I look at the Brawl artwork, it kinds looks more indigo than a purple. Also, try a slate-like (blueish-gray) color, I did it and I would upload it, but it won't let me for some reason, but maybe you should try both to see what I mean? But it is up to you

I should say that a6 ganon is better than iceman (his armor is too clean, consequently boring), but he still needs less details. I think mixing them will be great. I tried it, but don't know if it's good:

I redone the golden AA, because it was a bit shatered/uncontinuos. For the details, I saythat goroh is more detailed than ganon and not less dificult.

PS.: Looking for my old ganondorf makes me feel ashamed now =P
