Well according to the storyline in the game, a bunch of Neo Nazis built this cyborg as their "most destructive weapon" so they can rule the world under the Nazi regime. Also the intro of the game shows a svastica on it too.

I have quite a lot to say for this rip, so hold tight:

This game has unemulated protection on all emulators with no fixed ROMs or codes which means no matter what, the game will crash on normal gameplay (like asking the woman for change twice or exiting a game). Plus that it is Chinese which makes it a bit more harder. One of things affecting this was one of the minigames shown on the attract mode which isn't on the map and only shows the man so to get the woman pallete, I had to use a tool called HivePal that searches the palettes of the ROM, copied the values to a savestate by editing it, using that and it was very lucky that I got the right one (the finding a palette option doesn't work right on TileMolester). Sadly though, I couldn't find a palette for the most likely unused committing Russian Rollette/sucide scenes not even one that was close to that.

Also I believe now that tSR now has one console section that all letter sections are filled.

Apparently this game goes for quite a bit of money online, then again it was the last Master System game in Europe and most have only been found in Czech Republic. The Game Gear version while cheaper and bit more common, is still pricey.

I have some bad news, there is no Gargamel or Azrael in the game (or in fact any bosses at all) so sadly I can't rip them but there is a bit of good news:

Just a port that you think shouldn't have happened but it did and a (South) Korean game fighter based of Romance of the 3 Kingdoms. Not very appitising I know...

Also yes, the sprites are that small in the Fatal Fury Special port, they haven't been shrunk by the image host. I'm surprised that the detail is still visible.
