Her breasts aren't small, they are pretty big from the looks of that, and she is wearing very tight clothes, and they go with her body shape, and I know the arms are a bit short and off, I rushed it last night because I have school. This is a morning post and later today I will work at her to get her and fix these things up.

Here's a little something I use as a reference for hands - Hold your hand up to your face. Notice how your hand is the same size as your head?

Dazz is right. In anatomy for drawing we learn that most of your body have some kind of proportion with your head.
Also another tip: your elbow is usually aligned with your hip.

Yes, it does.
Hers wouldn't - Her shins would also snap from the weight on them. Make the relatively similar to the calf.

Also remember which angle the legs are facing - And then check the knees.

There ;D, I made her boobs closer together, and also updated the knee, now it looks better, but im sure there is still stuff to improve, keep the Criticism Coming Guys!

I don't know about her legs... her hips are ok, but it starts to get somewhat weird when it's near of her feet...

To be honest, she looks more like some barbie doll to me.
her pose isn't very curly like, you've made her look shy while she isn't.
there are the anatomy nitpicks that others have already mentioned, she should be paler so she actually looks remotely robotic, and the way the hair is shaded looks kind of unnatural.
