I think you should delete her arms and legs and do it over. As a pixel artist sometimes I get better results after scrapping the old to create a new. The major problem with your sprite is you didn't plan the pose, and sometimes it can ruin the whole thing.
Pick a photo with a nice pose to be your reference. Then do a 'stick figure' with this pose. Be sure to mark the elbows and such. Then start to "fill" this stick figure with your sprite... That should do the trick. I myself call this one "skeleton technique" ;p

What this topic has attracted the whole dang love krew in here, anyway thanks for the bump TBSP. Anyway I don't know what else to say, her boobs are meant to be shiny, Her hips are big, and what did you mean by package? Also I fixed the orange blob on her face,

And that her breasts look like waterbaloons stuck to her chest, aka they look fake.

Also, the whole "hands behind my back" thing is only done by seven-year-olds who don't want to draw hands (I know, since I did this a lot when I was at that age).

And I'm no CS expert, but isn't she supposed to be some android? Therefore, yeah, she needs a paler complexion.

No offense, but the only part I like about this are her knees. You really should consider redoing her thigh+feet and her arms.

Okay, your on the right track, but keep doing what you were doing with the prev. skin tone, have some hue-shifting on the darker shades, and make the lightest one less saturated, it looks too blue.

(But damn, dude, you really taking this advice well, and fast too, your gonna be an awesome spriter)
