With a resort that futuristic, I'm surprised there aren't any structures in the sea or on that distand island. The island is also pretty saturated for something that far away. I'd picture it more desaturated and hazy.

Good point.
...Maybe I overdid that. Thanked by: ThePortalGuru, SKELTON S. SKELETON

Nah, not really - it looks fine to me.
Oh yeah - the sky needs a gradient to it too - but you're probably working on that already.

there's way too much black going on inside the buildings, it makes it hard to look at. still, i the design

huns(and specially revolvers) aren't made of chrome-like surfaces. while i would tone down the contrast on the shading, i would also work on making the barrel a more defined cilindrical shape

Is that a corner sun I see in that Resor WIP? It fits it I guess, but my art teacher would be driven insane. Looks good so far anyhow.

The cake looks a bit flat but I guess that's what happens when something's drawn completely side-on, dressed with ambient lighting lines that only exaggerate the outline's strength in determining its form.
I like the strawberry though. It is very fruity. Also, yeah, the revolver's barrel doesn't look cylindrical because of the pesky white highlight line distancing himself from big bro gray shadow like they're unrelated when they're really just brothers. The chamber is a better example of how their relationship should be like. Thanked by:

Tried to make something with dither. Just kidding. Started out without dither and thought it'd might look better and that I should attempt it for once since I'm not really familiar with it. Older version: Dunno if I'm done with it yet, so till then its still WIP. Thanked by: ThePortalGuru, Gwen

maybe the dithering will give a nice texture on the sand if you make it random instead of a fixed pattern.

Random? How so?
