I was browsing my old sprite folders and found this old ugly Mr. Luggs I did a year and half ago (Remember the project I had when I recently joined PT?) so I decided to redo it again 'cos I can do better now so there it is...

I assume the right one is the new one?
But I think it's belly is shaded weird.

The new one is on the left, and it's loads better, except for the shading of his belly.
I don't think you need that dark shade for his belly, tbh.
