Pokémon B/W. How's the adventure going so far?

In Castelia City. I went north of it a bit to go catch a new team member, because my starter was too overleveled. Then I went back to before the bridge to train a little bit. Current team is
SolidSnake - Servine lvl 28 Male
Derp - Scraggy lvl 21 Female (She needs a bitter name, but it was the first thing I could think of)

21 hours, 5 badges, seen 84 and obtained 54
team: emboar, stoutland, musharna, gavantula, all 35-42

35-42 is a huge fuckin' level gap! I can't stand it if the highest and lowest level in my team has more than a difference of 3. Powerlevelling my team is a bit difficult as a result.

GaoGaiGear the Klink isn't pulling his weight, so I've switched Geograph the Sigilyph back in for now. But then again, I could bring back Hantu the Yamask; go to the next city and get a Mienfoo; or go and get that Level 42 Cobalion.

Not powering through the game b/c Audino training all the Pokemon I own every 10 levels

And I have all the currently obtainable Pokemon (even the monkey trio + shaking grass Sawk)

I actually overlooked getting the EXP Share in this run until /after/ the 5th badge. Everything could have been so much faster. =|

Also I just beat the 5th gym. My current team is:

Egg (Zorua)

Oddly enough, the Scraggy is my team's tank due to it's high attack + Eviolite stone.

EXP Share is gained from the Battle Company in Castelia. Fight to the top floor and beat the, um, President.

Currently training for the eighth gym. Alder is soo annoying, telling me to battle Iris before Zekrom!

Best thing they did with this gen was when they made it so that you dont encounter any old gen pokemon until you get the national dex.
Make's it feel new again.

I've come across some terrible pokemon designs in my adventure thus far though, but thankfully there arent too many of them.

Some of the worst are Klink, which seems to get progressively even shittier looking every time it evolves, and also Tynamo, which frankly looks like it was designed by a blind midget.

Other than that i think this is shaping up to be one of the best gens, if not THE best gen thus far.
But i'll decide my opinion on that when i finish the game.

I actually like Klink but all things aside.

It is about fucking time that they put up Badge gates again. I've been wanted to see this in every pokemon game I got after I finished playing my Red Version and was actually very angry that it hasn't come up.

I know it is a silly thing to be supa dupa happy and excite about but hey, to each their own.

I got to about the first gym leader, but power surged and for some reason, even when I save, desmume isnt making .sav files.

Also Im thinking when strategies get out, we could restart the tsr gym leader system Chad tried with gen 4 and I could organize it or something. Idk Just a thought.

We could but who would even battle them? I tried making a Pokemon battle tourny and next to no one joined so it is kinda pointless UNLESS people would be willing to battle others.

I beat the storyline, it was fucking amazing for a Pokemon game, and there are so many different Pokemon in white forest from the previous 4 generations omg I'm loving this.

As soon as I get along a little further, I think a Tourney would be a lot of fun.

Oh wow, I take one step into Twist Mountain and I find that super rare ice thing. According to Serebii, there is only a 1% chance of finding it so thats cool I guess (no pun intended).

Idk, should I have it on my team? I generally don't use ice types but his stats seem pretty good in general.
