Um...Yeah, not because two pixel arts have the same light source, means one was edited from the other; speaking of light sources...

Phantom Kirby, why is the body's light source on top of Waddle Dee, yet the light on the fit comes from its right?

You also need better colors. That's all I can critique for now, I suppose (Oh, yeah, I think the parasol comment given earlier is valid, too).

Made progess on Chilly.

Waddle Dee's eyes are too short, make it longer like the small sprite. Also, his face looks kinda bad. Doo's eye isn't round enough and his left leg could be darker since it's away from us.
