Not really, no. The laptop kept overheating. That, and I figured it added to the "it shows absolutely nothing" feel that I was supposed to bring over with the mod.
Also, I don't give a crap about the Minecraft community anymore. They're lucky I'm still working on Turbo Model Thingy, otherwise they would have been FUCKED.
Duke Nukem for 1.4
Audio for use with Audio Mod
Turbo Model Thingy v2.2 PREVIEW (for 1.4)
It requires Mod Loader, Audio Mod and Turbo Model Thingy. Use "DukeNukem" if you want to spawn him using Single Player Commands.

LATE RESPONSE

Though technically because Minecraft is officially in beta he doesn't have to add anything, just remove the current bugs.
Uh, aren't there only 4 actual programmers?
And as far as I know, money doesn't magically increase productivity...
4 programmers is actually an unnecessarily large team considering the project. And while money doesn't make you productive it pays productive people.
I'm thinking that there's probably just two programmers on Minecraft right now: n0tch and Jeb. The other two are probably on the other project, I'd guess.
Still, I can't wait (actually, I can, and will, of course) for that modding API. That way I can get back into modding without having to worry about updating the mod for every update.

Beh, to be honest, lately I don't feel like updating my mods at all due to the high idiot-level the Minecraft community has.

Creepers, I feel sorry for them.
With that sad face of theirs, they just want a hug, but when they get close enough, they realize they have no arms and suicide...

If they weren't Minecraft, I'd say that's generally a bad idea.
But they are Minecraft.

It's just a milestone, not a massive release, Notch has already explained that suddenly not being Beta won't make it magically a different game or that update will somehow transform it into the final version, it's just marking a date that they want the main features and content finished by, he's also stated that they'll still be doing rolling updates after the beta period is over.
So really having a "release" date is more of a formality than anything else.

Just need to fix one little thing...

I really don't get why so many people are whining about the money, the post-beta game is still only 20 euro, that's under $30.
Do you think that's too much? Or now that it's popular he should charge less for some reason? or is it because he's making money now he must suddenly be a money-grabbing asshole? Do you think he's somehow trying to hide that he's making money from working?
Seriously, someone enlighten me to where the problem is.

I personally think it's a bit high for what the game is, and I think if he's going to raise the price when it hits official release he needs to work on a lot of the glitches and bugs.
Also there was this whole thing
"We will also change the license to remove the line that promises all future versions of the game for free. Please note that this change only affects people who buy the game after December 20, so if you got the game for during alpha, you will still get all future updates for free, despite this change. A promise is a promise.
Buying the game during beta will include all updates up until release, of course, and bug patches will be free."
So pay less and get more? That's a crock of shit.

Yeah, anyway. New version finally out for Duke Nukem.

This one will kill enemy mobs and pigs dead. And is super rare. So you'd need to spawn him with Single Player Commands, using /spawn DukeNukem.
Also, I might change a lot about him. Right now he carries only about 20 shotgun rounds initially. And there's no spread either (although anything in the line of fire will get hurt instead).

I know, it's the April Fools mod, only now with attacks.
And it's the first and so far only mob to ever use billboarding in Minecraft.
Although really, it's not really that hard.
