I already read the Spriters Dictionary.I made sure there was no jaggy lines,no banding, I didn't AA to much,I had right contrast,I have a light sorce (upper right),It's in PNG format,no pillowshading. But I tried making it had good selout.

ah but you went overboard with all those colours! :o
cutting down the number of colours you use, especially on small sprites, makes things easier.

Yeah, you don't really need a lot of colors to make a good sprite. With lesser shapes, you can color in broad regions to suggest your the "3D shape" of your character more strongly. Well, Gors already hit the points anyway too.
