Not sure if anyone here has brought this up yet, but does anyone notice in this video at the 1:05 mark, you see Young Link in the Forest Temple? People are saying this might be a Cave of Ordeals type of area.

i really hope they incorporate some of the old beta oot features, even though it's unlikely
maybe a new location that was originally scrapped or something.

Master Quest would be the perfect holder for this.

Original graphical facelift OOT, and them MQ for an updated take on the game.

What I really wish they'd do is if they made a new Wind Waker style game and put in those last two dungeons that were originally gonna be in but they couldn't get finished.

What's this about WW having not one but TWO unfinished temples? unicorn fountains? Wind Temple?

The infamous unicorn fountain.
It was supposed to be accessible to adult link, but was scrapped.
It's possible to get under the ice as adult link using a glitch, but the hole has an invisible wall covering it in both young and adult versions of zora's domain.
There's a path lading down to a very obvious doorway and everything, but as said before, nothing is inside.

The wind medallion/temple is a piece of beta text left in the subquest screen that you can access using a gameshark code.
There is also an ice medallion/temple that was scrapped.
The current ice cavern is thought to be the remains of the ice temple.

Edit- Supposedly Fado was meant to be the Wind Temple sage.

According to that, there are at least two more sages in the zelda canon that weren't in OOT. Fado could have at one point been the Wind Sage, while another character could have been the Ice Sage.

the unicorn fountain seems to be the most likely thing to appear in the remake out of all the beta elements.

That is, if nintendo decides to use them.

i dont remember where i did read about a piramid in the haunted wasteland.

the "pyramid" is a simple graphical glitch and has been explained
it's nothing more than a misplaced polygon popping out of the ground, and you can get to it using gameshark codes
it isn't solid or anything and is actually a triangle rather than a pyramid; there's no back side to it or anything.

...unfortunately i can't seem to find the website explaining it, but it's probably on youtube somewhere.

Having the ability to replay boss fights like you could in Majora's Mask.
