The head is a little square. Try making it rounder.

Squidward looks a little bit bored. If you're in kombat with this guy, he should look much angrier like in the show.

The different poses on the sheet seem very lazy, and he barely has any movement other than his arms, really. This makes the whole thing overall pretty stiff imo. Try adding actual leg movement to the walking animation, for example. I doubt he'd just slide over there.
