i know i act like a dick when giving critique to people because i feel like having that one asshole either pushes someone to improve and "prove him wrong" or to unfortunately fall into that pit of "wahh internet bullies", its usually the first but yeah the second one gets more attention and thus makes me look even worse than is normally the case

and i KNOW that i'm better than a handful of the people here, that's not having an ego though. that's knowing something
i also know that i have a steady paying job working for a company where i make pixel art and yeah, that's going to make anyone think better of themself

no offense its not like you did that good of a job running tugs either

at least chris2balls is legitimately making an effort to fix things.

not denying that but im still not sure what that has to do with anything

also stop arguing you idiots if the people who were in advanced tried to compete with the people who deserved to be in advanced they'd feel really bad when their entry went up against their opponents. it wouldnt help them as much as competing with people on their same skill level, thereby improving their skills and giving their all. hunter's been here for awhile and he's got a good grasp on what pixel art looks good and what could use work; infact when he ran TUGS it was pretty fun despite ending early for whatever reason. chris knows this too but his system of judgement was more related to a regular competition rather than a pixel-art competition. simple mistake.

I can't believe that despite all the leeway I've given and how tolerant I've been I'm still getting complaints.
