Okay, first off you included the entire model dump rather than just the model. The dump is distorted to the point where you can even see it noticeably in the picture you posted. And while I'm not going to force you to supply the textures, they're understandably nice to have and help make it a better quality rip.

Try to clean it up next time you do a rip because in this state I can't honestly say its very usable. :/

I downloaded it, but Shadowth117 described my experience, the pic looks somewhat decent, but textures for this character would be much better
