It's a full-scale Pigmask soldier helmet papercraft.
This amazing craft isn't designed by me, but this guy. I just optimized it to fit a real head. Took 10 A3's.

Oh man pigmasks Heart I'd make this if I wasn't horrible at crafting.

Nice job on making it fit a human sized head, by the way. It doesn't even look like a papercraft there!
