Set the save format to either "EEPROM 64KBytes" or "FLASH 512KBytes" (I don't remember right now.).

Anyhoo, I'm almost done ripping Paint, Yo-Yo AND Wheel. (Two Three birds, one stone, etc.) Just give me another hour or so. It'll be ready by the end of the day at the latest.

I'm pretty sure it's EEPROM 64KBytes from what I remember.

Depends on the emulator. No%GBA uses EEPROM 64k but Desume uses FLASH 512.

[EDIT] Er wait ... is that the other way around? Let me check real quick ...

[EDIT 2] Okay it's Desume that uses EEPROM 512 and No%GBA uses FLASH 512. So it's 512 either way.

by sucking up the paint blob from heavy lobster or by sucking up the paint orbs from chameleo arm

From either Chameleo Arm or Heavy Lobster. You get the ability from one of the blobs they spit out/fire.

The only way to get it is to inhale Chameloarm's colored orbs. It's so you can see him when he's invisible.

Let me real quick answer a few questions that I know are going to be asked:

Why did you not include the stuff from the lower screen?

I'm going to do Meta Knight's HUD on a separate sheet.

Why is there only one sprite for each of the big tornado animations?

There only IS one sprite for each one. They repeat at the top and bottom of themselves and scroll upwards to give the illusion that they are in an animated spin, but they're really not.

Why do the "Wing Effects" only include the wings from his his warp-star animation and not the ones from his regular jump?

Because the ones for his regular jump were not included in the data as separate sprites. Each of his jump/fly sprites are just one big sprite, wings included.

How come you just gave use the heal effects and not a healing animation?

Because there is no set healing animation. The stars always appear in the same place but because Meta Knight can move around while healing they don't necessarily always follow the same pattern while rising.
