The Darkrais are up now, as I already had thumbnails prepared for them. I don't really know what Boss Darkrai looks like ingame, so I used my imgination when making his thumbnail.

Buneary's an odd case, likewise with the bird Pokémon (they have two sets of wings -- one folded up, and one spread). The game shrinks down the set it doesn't need, and keeps the other one visible. So yeah, keep 'em the way they are, while they will need some more work, it'll work out better in the end.

Other than that, I'm not exactly sure myself.

EDIT: Uhhh... I was getting ready to start Watchog, then noticed that there's the normal version, and a "(WP)" version (like some other Pokemon) with a drum under it's legs...? What is this, and what should I do about it?

Could be the same case as those holding cupcakes, which RTB commented on over on SWF:

Simply put, they have alternate models where they're holding cupcakes.

I need to play that game and see, but WP is probably an abbreviation for the ingame version that's got an instrument.

The "WP" varies between Pokémon. Munchlax, Watchog, Pansear, Panpour, and Cinccino all have models with the cupcakes. I don't think it's entirely necessary to port both variants of the models (Darkrai is the only exception, as his "Boss" model is higher-poly), just get the cupcake from one of them and submit that separately.
