Jettison Q. Hawkington Sprites

Well It's MY TIME...I guess? Well just showing the Jet the Hawk Sprites I started. (No I'm not just a sonic spriter I do other sprites ;-; ) I think his beak may be..too big or just right. Also I hate how his boots came out any advice on how to make them look...right?

Okay, so what can you tell me about this character, in terms of personality?

The current pose you've given him is quite neutral and stiff, since he is standing very straight, if not slightly back.


Consider the way Sonic is done: he's leaning forwards, with his legs apart. What does this say about Sonic? To me it expresses a form of eagerness or readiness, his hands held up suggest a form of tension.
