Don't make the animation so fast for one, two, his right arm should prep as well, to me he feels like he should should be taking a fighting stance.

You may want to use a different idea. The most effective way to do that sort of thing is with a "bored" animation. By that, I mean a short animation that plays about once every 5 loops of the idle. It just looks odd to be permanently beckoning...

Ultra minor sheet update:
The 'get up' frame, as I noticed while I was making my new avatar, wasn't quite perfect. I changed the position a little and 'lifted' him so the transistion between flat and straight up is less sudden. The 'get up' frame is next to the jump strip. Tiny as this change may be, it's best to iron out even the finest imperfections rather than leaving them. Quality. Thanked by: Gors, Gwen, Crappy Blue Luigi, Garamonde

I'm not too content with my KO frame, so I'll change that. Once that's done, it's as good as finished. @Blue Luigi: I has Strawberry. It is done! Hard hit frame to KO frame now logically connect (instead of falling backwards and landing face down) and added another get-up frame for getting up from KO, as he's getting up from lying face-up rather than face-down.

I dunno if you meant to do it, but his left leg is still stiff as a board when it's kicked forwards, and it also seems to be a bit too thin.
