EDIT: Forgot the fourth frame, added it.
The tiles were in Vsnes, but I had to try TWICE to do it, because somehow the first time the tiles were NOT the way they appeared the second time.
Also, thought I'd mention that you shouldn't forget that the Player 2 color has slight differences in color in the intro as well, but for all I know the intro might not have any additional colors from regular battle frames.

Is the sheet still in progress? I feel like some of the moves are missing, like the one where his hand extends. Then again I haven't actually replayed it much yet besides to get those frames.
I'm gonna start on my character soon, I was just working on other rips lol.

I thought I was done, but I just checked a different moves list and it has more moves on it than the one I was using. I'll get to work on it later today.

Ok.... I got his arm strecthes. I got this move where he gets his arm knocked off, then grows a new one and uppercuts them with it, which is absolutely badass. Then I got his aerial battle poses (which were a total pain in the ass) When in the air, if the two players attack eachother at the same time, one flies into the background. Then the one in the foreground presses a button, then the one in the background presses a button. The fore player then shoots at the back player and depending on the button pressed the back player will either dodge, knock the blasts away, or get hit. It's an annoying little mini-game that can take place between anyone, so Shade you might want to look at updating your Goku sheet.
It think this is everything for Piccolo.

Since Mighty and Saiyaman are probably going to do the last two characters, I'm going to momentarily move on to Hyper Dimension. I think I'll start with Cell if he's not taken.

EDIT: Oh I see what happened. You somehow got the filename to appear twice before the PNG. I took one out and it worked.

He starts out the way his large sprite appears, with the blue skin like Zangya. However, he has a powered up phase similar to Super Saiyan, where his head gets deeper red and his skin gets dark green. Only the powered up phase is playable.
You only finish a game when you rip its sprites.
Sprite sheet is a sticker album that depends only on your efforts to be fill.

I haven't submitted in a while and I kinda feel bad. I haven't stopped though, I promise. Here's a WIP of Vegeta.
I'm finding quite a few aspects of this game to be annoying. Like literally headache inducing. The way it randomly chooses daytime, dusk or nighttime, the way the shadow is a part of the sprite (I prefer to remove shadows but in Vegeta's case it totally throws off his aura) and especially the way the transparency effects make many poses unrippable by screenshots. If you guys hadn't told me about Vsnes a while ago I wouldn't be able to get those at all. But we gotta do what we gotta do, right?
