Updated Kaptain K. Rool's sheet to include tag, also changed background colors.

To do what exactly?

Doofenshmirtz: This is a little bit awkward but have you seen my escape jet keys? (Perry nods) What, you have? Well that's great! So where are they? (Perry looks away) You won't tell me? Is this because you don't speak or are you just being a jerk?

I'm pretty sure Ton has already left for the week, but I updated the K. Rool sheet for you.

By the way, the enemy death effects from world 1 and 2 (DKC2) are still missing on the Objects & Effects sheet (falling into water & lava).

Here they are, along with a few others:

Nice! I think this should be its own sheet, don't you?

We still need DKC3's overworld water effects plus those tiny bubbles in water levels which I'm guessing appears the same in all 3 games.

iirc DKC3's water is just a "simple" graphic with loads of HDMA effects on it. You can turn HDMA emulation off in SNES9X by pushing 0 but I guess you knew that.
Dunno how much this will help though :X

As you can see on my WIP, the map water is just a ripple effect. In case of the K3 map, it's mode 7.

If somebody would like to upload it, here's a tagged version of the sheet and an icon for it:

Also, here are those bubbles:

Yes, they're exactly the same in all three games.

@Davias: K3's water just uses another fancy HDMA effect. If it was Mode 7, everything aside from it would have to be on the sprite layer, which isn't the case.

Matt, does DKC3 use any of those same water splashing effects? And, I'll add those bubbles to the object/effects sheets later. I'm at school right now.

EDIT: I almost forgot! I ripped the overworld Banana Queen on this sheet, but I couldn't get the last 2 frames of the front pose because they didn't appear in the game. I also had trouble ripping the overworld Banana Birds. Anyone wanna try and grabs those if it's not too much trouble.

The "Ship Deck Water Splash" and "Lava Steam" sprites exist in DKC3, but I can't think of a specific instance where you see them. Unused, perhaps?

The "Swamp Water Splash - Kongs Falling" sprites--which are mislabelled, as they are also used when Kongs jump into a body of water that can be swam in--are used in DKC3, where it oddly uses the "Ship Deck Water Splash" palette instead of the global Bananas/smoke/DK letters/etc. palette.

You'll have to wait until tomorrow for any more input from me--I really should be doing some work for my CIS development project class.

Object sheets are edited with the bubbles. Mighty, are you gonna upload Matt's Splash effect sheet?

What, you mean this one? Wink

Looking at the DKC2 baddies, some of them are missing frames. Turning sprites on several (Zinger, etc), for example.

Sorry, I can't get those enemies, but just letting you know that I've updated the DKC3 objects sheet with the sideways arrow barrel plus the fuse of that rope both from the level with the fuse. Forgot the name.
