A free 3d model veiwer that can render with Alphas properly?

So.... I ripped a new model from SADX, but It has an Alpha layer in the textures (No, not Perfect Chaos :p ), so I was wondering if there was a free program that renders with Alphas working.

@thegameexplorer: Well could you tell me how? I got my cameras properly set. I just need to find out how to enable the Alphas and the Smoothing Groups.

Try adding some modifiers to the object...

That was Blender 2.63, but the layout is the same on all versions of Blender starting from 2.5.
