I guess put it under Miscellaneous in the Custom Zelda section.

You have to post customs in the Spriting and Pixel art section to get some helpful critique on your pixel art before you try and submit it.
At first glance I can see a couple of problems with this so I doubt it's good enough to be uploaded "yet".

Yeah, I'm sorry dude, but this isn't really all that great. It's blotchy, and basically just a traced picture... Sorry man, post in the pixelart board for more criticism first!

you should've read the guidelines exactly on the top of this section. It clearly says to post them in the sprites & pixelart section first.

we aren't heartless to warm you for this, but avoid this next time.
