Custom Boo

I made this custom boo today. If you look back at the old shyguy I tried to do you will see that this is much better!

1. Lines are jagged. AA does not help make it smooth at all. First, clean up lines, AA later.
2. Needs to be rounder. He's basically a ball with two arms and a tail. Work from that.
3. No shading at all on the body, but shading on the tongue. Why?
4. Overall, generally messy.

It looks more like a white blob than Boo, he needs to be less blocky, the outlines are also too dark.
