Well, they're under the same name, both in Germany, and I found a site with a photo album containing sprite sheets and rifles. This profile contains a photograph of a sniper rifle, too. There is another Kevin Triebel on Facebook, but with no information available, so it could be wrong. It's very possible he's changed a lot, though.
