I think his head/hat's lacking a bit of shape. You have it so that the whole upper area is kind of an even width. I'd like to see his cheeks/chin more exaggerated and maybe reshape the hat a little bit
Also, wario's ears are pointy!

I made his hat more like in the picture and changed his shoes and his chin and made his arms more fat!

Try making his nose wider and pull his eyes 1 pixel closer to each other.

SupaBuddie these are really good sprites  . The Reason why i'm sad because I'm Quiting the spriters resource because some idiot locked my thread.

And to accommodate the fatter body, put his legs a bit further apart. I also think Wario's legs are a bit smaller and stumpier looking than how you've got them now.
Mario642, stop whining. If you can't take our criticism here, then I'd suggest you to leave and do something else instead (which I believe it'll be hard for you either way because you don't seem to understand how criticism works).
Issued another warn, if you still don't get it I'll have to take severe measures.

I made his eyes more close and his nose bigger and i made him FAT! 
Warios legs are shorter and fatter now too!

Welp. You're doing great at this. The only crit I have left would be to lower the ears 1 pixel, make the arms bigger, and to make the up-curve on his shoe face us more rather than the sides. You could even use your shade of purple and use it to outline his eyes.

That's a great Wario! (You're Sonic and Kirby sprites are good, too!)
Though I think his sleeves could just become a little bit shorter... Just sayin'. And yeah, like Iceman said, his arms can also be bigger and the shoe should face use.
Casting those asides, he looks amazingly ugly! (Not insulting your work, Wario is just plain ugly either way)

lower ears bigger arms new shoes! then I made a purple outline for the eyes but it looks weird and maed me think of the last one!
