Doodles and Finished Pieces
Why weren't you riding dolphins or petting the Puffer Fish?

I assume Sea World has a petting tank and is located at Vanilla Secret 3

the dolphins are the best part

one of the dolphins would let you massage it if no one had any fish
but then as soon as fish arrive they're gone

Personally, Recolor turned out to be the best of the lot and had a hard time with Ingrid's design, the large baggy pants kinda threw me off there.

That's pretty good, you should try doing some pen and ink drawings!

A WIP, I still have to finish this lineart before bringing up the res at printing quality (doing it in Illustrator or Photoshop, dunno), since it's going to be a Christmas present:

If you're going to make the res higher after you're done the lineart, either just make it in Illustrator, or do it in Photoshop, then bring it in to Illustrator and experiment with the live trace feature so it becomes vector (but I'm guessing you knew that since the right figure looks live traced)

The thing is, I have neither PS nor Illustrator on my computer (lost PS last time I reinstalled Windows), and I can't use my tablet on the computers at school, because the tablets they have are badly calibrated dinosaurs. I could just make it straight away in PS or Illustrator at school, but doing that with a mouse would be too much of an ordeal.
Live tracing is pretty handy from little of what I've done with it! I haven't used it in this as I did the sketch directly in MyPaint, so the character's pose is done from scratch.
Thanks for the advice, I'll see what I can do to make this situation a lot simpler. Smile

edit: got Inkscape, this'll be easy!

Next step, vectorisation.

The pose is pretty static, but as a whole the drawing works well! I think you could make some lines more dynamic, maybe a few more curves here and there.
I hope you'll post more drawings. Smile
