Also so you know, we don't except RAR compression. But I changed it to ZIP this time.

When did this happen? We accept .RARs for every other Resource, and senjen always submits in .RARs.

You might have been thinking of the time where we were discussing whether to add another archive format to our list of accepted formats, or to remove .RAR to make things easier for the downloaders.

Off with RAR files. WinRAR is nagware, and 7-Zip can't add anything to existing RAR files.

I agree with this. Although I guess we'll need to consult with Dazz to see if he approves. I'd be up for helping convert the existing .RARs into .ZIPs even.

Yep, He's the protagonist of Ape Escape 2 and his japanese name is Hikaru.

It is, but that's not necessary. We may as well be doing that for most games since the JP names are usually different.
If OP wanted though the JP name could be added onto the file name on the site when people view them (example "Mega Man / Rockman".
