Please try BRRES Viewer then as Brawl Box's exports tend to be hit and miss I think.

If I do BRRES viewer, then his rigging exports fine, but his Eye Channels are missing, and I can't fix the Uv's.
Edit: I claim Chikorita!!!! That is one of my fav's...

Well if you cannot find a solution (maybe wait until RTB comes, maybe he can help) I guess you'll have to leave Mario to someone else, then.
His rigging must be properly intact, too. Added claims BTW.
Well I did everything... I do wanna keep my claim. I am gonna be patient and wait for RTB.
Oh, Shadow and Barbara are done! I am gonna wait for Peardian to go over them before I claim anything else. (Download by clicking Preview) EDEET: A small problem with Chikorita... On the mouth, some of the other textures appear on teh side of his mouth. I could fix it by simply moving his mouth UV, but I just want to run it by here and see if it need modifying or not. Does it? Edit #2: Also, I want first dibs on Zero Suit Samus! Okay, so let's see my claims so I can keep track here- Mario- 0.3% complete- that .3 comes form knowing how to fix the textures Zero Suit Samus- 0% complete- Just claimed. XP Shadow (Assist Trophy) - 100% Barbara (Assist Trophy) - 100% Chikorita (Pokemon) - 0%. I need to know if I need to fix the textures or not. Okay. Now I know which ones I am on. I'm having some issues with Weavile and BRRES Viewer.
If I do my usual thing with no animation, the bones are all in the wrong spots, and some (most notably on the right side) are REALLY messed on scaling. Attempting to export from BrawlBox to .dae results in the usual unloadable model (in both 2.49 and 2.63). What the hell do I do to fix this?

I ran into this problem with Lugia -- it's a bone scaling issue or something. it's gonna require RTB to fix, I think.
also: I have mostly (with lots of assistance from Peardian) figured out how to fix Charizard -- I'm gonna try to finish up my endeavors sometime tomorrow and afterwards post a step by step fixing process.

It seems the bone scaling is a common issue with the Pokemon models. Hmmm...
Anyway, I uploaded the ones that have been posted so far, including Ho-oh as I wasn't entirely sure if the bone structure was meant to be like that, but now I'm thinking it isn't. Thanked by: Garamonde

what's wrong with Ho-Oh's bones...? the only thing was the texture thing that RTB mentioned.
02-23-2013, 03:45 PM
Look at the bones for its head. They're below the head, floating in front of its neck. Again, I'm not sure if that's intentional or not. Does it look like it animates fine?
As for the texturing, the head feathers are technically fine, as they just use texture clamping. However, there is another problem. Because you used PSK instead of MD5, the model combined all of the meshes that use the same texture. While this is normally acceptible, only part of Ho-oh's mesh uses texture clamping, while the other parts (the beak, mainly) use seamless tiling.

so while I can fix the texture mishaps sometime, idk what to say about the other stuff. btw, it animates fine in BRRES Viewer.

Oh dear! Well, in that case, I guess Ho-oh is fine as-is.

finally did those other things I claimed!
Samus Effects: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/95200614/Model%...ffects.zip Toon Link Effects: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/95200614/Model%...ffects.zip I-I swear I'll get Charizard done eventually... now that I'm sure of how to do the very last step... Thanked by: Ton

and also Metroid: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/95200614/Model%...etroid.zip
no preview because idk how to render the transparentness. unless you want to see a completely solid barf-green mushroom with claws that looks nothing like how it should. EDIT: also removed Link101's claims on Squirtle, Ivysaur and Charizard's effects since it's been too long. I have also added a rule regarding claims expiring. Note that if you do not show any activity regarding your claim(s) within 2 months, they will be removed and will be opened back up for others. If you still wish to submit them, you will need to claim them again.

it actually is pretty easy to add transparency to a model that has transparency in blender for example you import a .obj model click alpha on the map to, and boom the transparency is there
