I usually prefer the wario with sleves, but I will fix the hat and remove the failed muscles(or just tryto make it look a bit better)
EDIT: I tried to fix the hat for now, I guess I'll try the rest after a little while... I'll have to mess around with the hat and everything else a bit more, but for now I'm going to leave it how it is

His stomach is starting to look attached to his legs a bit. Add more light to his legs to show separation (optional but recommended).

I have been posting way too many slight edits of wario... I'm going to wait until I make significant improvement with waluigi to post him here
OFF TOPIC: also, I made quite bit of mistaken criticisms on some other topics... I think I'm going to take a break from that until I know what I'm actually doing

Looking great man! I have no more comments for now. Keep up the great work!
You know...maybe you should try to make Wario in a different style?
Don't take it the wrong way, I just think M&L iT is an ugly spriting style. I absolutely despite it(they got things right with M&L:BiS style). It uses way too many colors in a non advantage-able and unnecessary way.
The sprite you have right now is actually more clean than the style, so why not try to make your own custom style with it? Or go for something more simplier like SMB3?

maybe he's spriting it in PIT style because no one would do it...?
I like the look of it myself, and I'm just taking a guess.

I guess I could work with what the style I currently have, as long as I can try to stay within the M&L rpg style.
If I do decide to use my own style, I will definatly have to work with it a bit longer. I am going to be making a fangame(well, actually remaking, the first one failed miserably) with this, so there really isn't a limitation for the style, as long as it resembles the mario and luigi rpg series
thanks by the way
and actually, you're sort of right there Jetaku...
well, following up what you said about the difference in styles, it's probably slightly cleaner because there is more contrast and/or less colors for each area needed(wario may of had more colors, but the variation is much different than mario)
the original pallette was just a color change to mario, and there are still a few colors that remained

The jaw line still looks funny but I believe on a body it might look normal.

it's getting there
they now look sort of like wario and waluigi, but I know I'm not quite done yet
the arms on waluigi are too thick and his legs need a bit more work... but it's atleast a little bit better than what it was before
I'll try to fix it up a little bit more, but pretty soon I'll move on to animations
Are you sure you're the same person?
No seriously, the sprites have improved incredibly. fantastic job!

thanks!
Most of the reason it's like this now is because of all the help I recieved here
and the sprite actually started out like this though...

Wario Edit: The hat is a little tall Shrink it by a pixel.
Needs more shading on the shoes.
Waluigi Edit: Legs are little too fall apart, plus the waluigi is the only one showing off knees.
The hat is a little tall Shrink it by a pixel.
Arms to thick like you said but you should make them in the way that you made waluigi's knees, tight and shows joints.
The head is a little thick. (Opinion)
Too much shading on stomach, keep the colors more like mario's and luigi's overalls the shades on their overalls are closer together.
The legs need to be longer. (Opinion)
Needs more shading on the shoes.
