yea recolorme this is just your first project, you can't expect to be perfect GOSH. ( )
you're getting the hang of things though! this all is coming along really well.
If you want to make make music, what style would you recommend
a 16bit tracker maybe ?
or freestyle like this

I think I can try a 16-bit tracker since it would be easier. But freestyle would be really cool as long as it isn't so drastic. The example you showed wasn't so drastic, so something like the example you showed would be nice!
Also, major first post update! Thanks to Vic! Also, I need to make the sheets seperate so the first post is still not done.

Little help in organizing.
A Separate sheet for each enemy sounds more unorganized to me.
Most don't have many animations
I also made an alternate icon to fit with my others.

Thats why I actually grouped some of the enemies together since they only have a small amounts of frames.
But honestly, just putting all enemies into one sheet is ok too, it just depends on how much work recolorme wants to put into organizing :)

I made a Lololo and Lalala.
Me tackling two extremely easy characters just to say I contributed.
Crits would be cool.

the pupils seem a bit big and there seems to be a jagged area on the left arms(probably just the positioning of the arms though)
i was too lazy to post crit, so i edited it
the shading seems a little jaggy at some parts but i'm not sure what i can do about that

So I made a bit of progress on Dedede.
The question that is preventing me from completing him is whether or not he will have a hammer.
Recme I am going to leave that up to you as you are the project's head.

Edited Dedede some.
Putting all enemies in one sheet would be easier. Also yes Zad. Dedede will have a hammer.

Recme your edit brought back some of the issues Vic's had, such as the goofy wiggly grin and the weird sleeve
Also you sort of banded the arm.
I kept your superior hand and feet, and also the lower belly and fuzz shading, and also modified the sleeve a bit in an attempt to compromise on it.

I guess if I have to wait to expand sheets far past what's needed for a recreation, I'll just have to get some of the other stuff done to speed the process along.
(besides, I haven't actually given boomer any animations he didn't have in game, just a walk cycle more in line with kirby rather than a enemy)
Organized boomer and started Wizzer and Peezer.
They attack like Waddle doo, so do I give them the charging frames doo's have in later games?

made death poses, not sure if there should be more. I made a more exaggerated face and one more similar to the face in the original Dream Land.
I edited Triple D. I also made a version of Dedede with and without his hammer. Just to make things easier. The hammer is still unfinished.
