Making a thread

I didn't really want to make a thread, but I don't know where else to post it so I could get opinions/crit.
It's no secret I don't sprite as much as I used to, but I ugh, made a thing.
I plan on animating it, but before I can animate it, I need some help.

It's looking great so far, what exactly do you need help with? Animating? The look?

I can say that the two front clumps of his hair doesn't strike me as hair, it reminds me of a thick vine/tentacle thing.

Mostly I was unsure about colour, specifically in the skin. Also the sleeves looked odd to me as well.

all I could say is that the farthest leg looks just a biiit thin compared to the other. distance is fine but there isn't that much distance and I think it's more like that leg is made of bones.
