It's not that I don't believe he isn't or alt, and it's not that I don't believe he is.

Just the idea that the burden of proof falls upon the accused:

unless you guys can prove that he isn't an alt then he's gonna stay banned

rubs me the wrong way.

I mean, if you guys have probable cause to suspect otherwise, that's a little different and it wasn't something I knew about before.

But at the same time, suspicion isn't the same as confirmation.

I'm kind of separted from the whole situation because I don't really talk to anybody outside of forum posts, so I can't say for sure which side is right. But having that perspective, it looks to me like the mod team is reacting based on pretense as opposed to fact.

I don't know if chad said that or not but I've been in a call with both of them at the same time so he definitely isn't chad.

I'm not going to lie, the banning of AGJ hits close to home. I mean, I was banned fairly quickly whenever I joined TSR because Mozzy thought I was an alt of some dude that was recently banned at the time. All I could provide to Mozzy was an email saying how I wasn't an alt, and he believed me then. If someone had to prove I wasn't an alt, I probably wouldn't be apart of this place

I don't know what more proof you guys want, other then the fact he'll say it over Skype and not on the Forums.

A skype confession is kind of an invalid form of proof due to how easily a quote can be faked or pulled out of context. There's quite literally nothing that confirms that AGJ is Chad.

I do also really want to stop talking about AGJ due to the rest of my post as well, as I know it is stunts like that, which cuases the staff members not taking the community seriously half the time.

Also the thing is, is that you can't dupe that UNLESS the person actually said it, or quoted it himself. Meanin Chad literally did have to say those words, and why would he bother saying them to staff if he didn't want him banned

wouldn't have been posted. Also the point of that image was that anybody could have said those words, and it being quoted would've obviously made them seem like the culprit, or edited even, espeically if they copy & pasted.

I really don't think it's okay to ban someone over suspicion of being an alt with the only proof being something that could be taken out of context (which it was). How would you feel if you were banned just because the mods thought you were an alt of someone else? Sportoise had the same situation, but luckily Mozzy actually believed him whereas the current mod staff seems to have a vendetta against John. I really didn't want this to be a thing and, honestly, John said he wasn't even interested in coming back now but I think he is at least owed an apology for this.
